01. Data Controller

ph947 (referred to as "ph947", "we", "us" or "our") is the personal information controller responsible for your personal data collected through the ph947 platform at ph947.org. As a personal information controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), ph947 determines the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed.

ph947 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who oversees all data privacy matters. You can reach the ph947 DPO using the contact details in Section 14 of this Privacy Policy. All data privacy inquiries, requests and complaints should be directed to the DPO in the first instance.

ph947 does not purchase personal data lists from data brokers or third-party marketing databases.

04. How We Use Your Personal Data

ph947 uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• To create, manage and maintain your ph947 account, including processing your registration, verifying your identity and age (21 years or older), and keeping your account records accurate and current.
• To process deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso via your linked GCash wallet, Maya account or Philippine bank account.
• To operate and deliver all ph947 gaming and betting services, including live casino games, sports betting on PBA and international basketball markets, bingo games and all other game categories available on ph947.
• To administer the ph947 VIP Program, including calculating VIP Points, managing tier status and delivering tier-based benefits such as PHP cashback, priority withdrawal processing and exclusive promotions.
• To communicate with you about your account, including transaction confirmations, security alerts, account updates and responses to your support inquiries.

• To support responsible gaming, including monitoring gaming patterns for signs of problem gambling behaviour, delivering responsible gaming tools and applying any limits or restrictions you have requested.
• To fulfil ph947's legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping, reporting and cooperation with Philippine authorities where required by law.
• To improve the ph947 platform, personalise your experience and conduct internal analytics to understand how players use our services.

05. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, ph947 relies on the following legal bases to process your personal data:

• Contractual necessity — processing your registration data, identity verification, transaction data and gaming activity data is necessary to perform the contract (your ph947 account agreement and these Terms) you entered into when you registered.
• Legal obligation — certain processing activities, including anti-money laundering checks, identity verification record-keeping and cooperation with Philippine regulatory authorities, are required by law regardless of your consent.

06. How We Share Your Data

ph947 does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment processors — GCash, Maya and Philippine bank payment gateways receive the transaction data necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and Philippine financial regulations.
• Identity verification providers — third-party KYC service providers engaged by ph947 receive your identity documents and personal details solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and age eligibility.
• Fraud and AML screening providers — ph947 uses third-party tools to screen transactions and account activity against anti-money laundering databases and fraud watchlists. These providers process data under strict contractual data processing agreements.
• IT and hosting service providers — ph947 uses third-party cloud infrastructure and technical service providers to operate the platform. These providers act as personal information processors under written agreements that require them to protect your data.
• Philippine authorities — ph947 will disclose personal data to the National Privacy Commission, law enforcement agencies, courts or other Philippine government bodies when required to do so by law, court order or valid regulatory demand.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of ph947 assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

All third parties with whom ph947 shares personal data are required to maintain appropriate security measures and to use the data only for the purposes for which it was shared.

07. Payment Processing and KYC

When you make a deposit or withdrawal on ph947 using GCash, Maya or a Philippine bank transfer, the following data handling applies:

• ph947 receives a transaction reference, the amount in PHP and a masked account identifier from the payment provider to match the transaction to your ph947 account. ph947 does not store full GCash PINs, Maya passwords or online banking credentials.
• Your payment account name must match your ph947 registered name. Where a mismatch is identified, ph947 will place the transaction on hold and contact you for clarification.
• As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, ph947 may request a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a selfie or a proof of address document. This information is used solely to verify your identity and is stored securely for the retention period described in Section 08.
• For withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, ph947 may conduct enhanced due diligence which may involve requesting additional documentation about the source of funds. This process is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing.

08. Data Retention

ph947 retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for such additional periods as are required by law or necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

• Account registration and identity verification records are retained for a minimum of five years after account closure, as required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Financial transaction records, including deposit and withdrawal histories, are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction.
• Gaming activity and bet history records are retained for the duration of your account and for two years following account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
• Support communications are retained for two years from the date of the last communication in a given ticket or thread.
• Marketing preference records are retained until you withdraw consent or close your account, at which point they are deleted within 30 days.
• Technical and security logs are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymised.

When the applicable retention period expires and no legal obligation requires further retention, ph947 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you.

09. Security of Your Data

ph947 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration or disclosure.

• All data transmitted between your device and ph947 is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar when using ph947.
• Player passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. ph947 staff cannot retrieve your plain-text password.
• Access to personal data within ph947's systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff members can only access the data categories required to perform their specific job functions.
• ph947 conducts regular internal security reviews and engages third-party security assessments of our platform infrastructure.
• ph947 maintains an incident response plan for personal data breaches. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, ph947 will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by NPC regulations.

While ph947 implements strong security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph947 account credentials and for notifying ph947 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

10. Your Data Privacy Rights

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by ph947:

To exercise any of these rights, contact the ph947 Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14. ph947 will respond to all valid data subject requests within 15 working days of receipt. Where a request requires additional time to process, ph947 will notify you of the expected timeline.

ph947 may request proof of identity before processing a data subject request to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to an unauthorised person.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

ph947 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the ph947 platform to support essential platform functions, improve your experience and analyse usage patterns. The following types of cookies are used:

• Essential cookies — required for the ph947 platform to function correctly, including maintaining your login session, remembering your game preferences within a session and enabling secure transactions. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality.
• Analytics cookies — used to collect anonymised information about how players navigate the ph947 platform, which pages are visited most frequently and where players encounter difficulties. This data helps ph947 improve the platform experience for Filipino players.
• Preference cookies — store your optional platform preferences such as display settings and notification choices between sessions.

ph947 does not use third-party advertising cookies or allow third-party ad networks to place cookies on the ph947 platform.

12. Minors and Under-21 Policy

ph947 is strictly an adult gaming platform. Registration and participation on ph947 is limited to persons aged 21 years and older. ph947 does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21.

If ph947 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended and all personal data associated with it will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes related to the underage access incident.

If you believe a person under the age of 21 has registered a ph947 account, please contact the ph947 DPO immediately using the details in Section 14 so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ph947 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, the ph947 platform, Philippine privacy law or guidance from the National Privacy Commission. When material changes are made, ph947 will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the ph947 platform.

• The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available at ph947.org/privacy-policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was most recently revised.
• Where a change requires your consent under the Data Privacy Act, ph947 will seek that consent before the change takes effect in relation to your personal data.
• Continued use of ph947 after a non-consent-based policy update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Privacy Policy.
