01. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ph947 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "ph947"). These Terms apply to all use of the ph947 website at ph947.org and all associated services, games, promotions and communications offered by ph947.

By accessing ph947, registering an account or placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the ph947 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

ph947 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in the Philippines. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. ph947 does not guarantee winnings, profits or returns on any game or sporting event.

These Terms are written in Philippine English and govern the relationship between ph947 and players based in the Philippines. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• ph947 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered players.
• Continued use of ph947 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings between the Player and ph947.

02. Eligibility

To register and use a ph947 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph947 does not permit any person under 21 years old to register, deposit, play or receive any promotional benefit on the platform, without exception.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets or accessing games.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts and other legal persons are not eligible to hold a ph947 player account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of ph947, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period or account restriction that would prevent you from participating on ph947.

ph947 will request a valid Philippine government-issued ID during the account verification process. Accepted identification documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence issued by the LTO, voter's ID or postal ID. ph947 may request additional supporting documents at any stage to confirm eligibility.

If ph947 determines at any point that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements, the account will be suspended pending investigation. If the ineligibility is confirmed, the account will be closed. Any balance held in an ineligible account is subject to the terms set out in Section 12 of these Terms.

03. Account Registration

Each eligible player may register exactly one ph947 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are prohibited. If ph947 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any bonuses, VIP Points or promotional credits obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited and may be deducted from the primary account balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. ph947 is not liable for any loss caused by inaccurate or outdated information in your account.

• You must provide a valid and active email address that you control. ph947 uses this address for account communications, transaction confirmations and promotional notifications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph947 account password. ph947 staff will never ask for your full password under any circumstances.
• You must notify ph947 immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. ph947 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to or transferred to any third party.
• ph947 reserves the right to request re-verification of account information at any time, including requests for updated identification documents.

Account registration on ph947 is free. ph947 does not charge a fee to create or maintain a player account. Standard transaction fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals as described in Section 04 and Section 05 of these Terms.

04. Deposits

ph947 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya and Philippine bank transfer through InstaPay and PESONet-enabled accounts. All deposit transactions are processed in PHP. There are no hidden currency conversion fees on ph947 deposits.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each deposit transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ph947 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and the time of day the transaction is initiated.
• ph947 does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on your GCash account, Maya wallet or bank account must match the name registered on your ph947 account. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• ph947 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any game or betting activity within 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review under these Terms.
• ph947 does not accept deposits made with the proceeds of illegal activity. Any deposits identified as being connected to unlawful conduct will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

05. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances to their verified GCash wallet, Maya account or Philippine bank account via InstaPay or PESONet. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso.

• Withdrawal requests can only be processed to a payment method that is verified in your name and matches your ph947 account registration details.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of each withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawal processing times apply to Bronze-tier accounts. Silver, Gold and Platinum VIP members benefit from priority processing. Diamond-tier members are eligible for expedited processing to their linked GCash wallet, Maya account or Philippine bank.
• ph947 may withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or document requests. Players are encouraged to complete full verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing.
• Bonus funds and VIP cashback credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 06 for bonus withdrawal conditions.
• ph947 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may result in additional processing time while documentation is reviewed.
• ph947 does not charge internal withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider (GCash, Maya or Philippine bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ph947's control.

06. Bonuses and Promotions

ph947 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible registered players from time to time. The availability, amount, duration and wagering requirements of each bonus are stated in the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms of an individual offer, the specific promotional terms will prevail for that offer.

• Bonuses are awarded in PHP and are credited to your ph947 account balance as bonus funds, which are tracked separately from your real-money balance.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in its specific promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the end of the validity period will be removed from your account balance.
• ph947 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to players who meet specific criteria, including account age, deposit history or VIP tier, as stated in individual promotional terms.
• Only one bonus promotion may generally be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms. Stacking of incompatible bonuses is not permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse the ph947 bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• ph947 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

07. VIP Program

The ph947 VIP Program rewards eligible registered players with VIP Points earned through qualifying betting and gaming activity across all ph947 game categories. The VIP Program operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier membership and the benefits associated with each tier are governed by the terms published on the ph947 VIP Program page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

• VIP Points are accumulated automatically based on qualifying activity. Point accumulation rates and tier thresholds are published on the VIP Program page and may be updated by ph947 with reasonable notice.
• VIP tier upgrades are processed automatically when the applicable point threshold is reached. No application or manual request is required.
• Weekly PHP cashback is credited to eligible VIP members' accounts according to the rates published on the VIP Program page. Cashback is subject to wagering requirements as stated in the VIP Program terms.
• VIP benefits including dedicated account managers, exclusive game rooms, priority withdrawal processing and monthly reload bonuses are available from the tier levels specified on the VIP Program page.
• ph947 reserves the right to review a player's VIP tier if betting patterns suggest activity inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including but not limited to patterns designed to accumulate VIP Points without proportionate gaming engagement.
• VIP tier downgrades may occur at the end of each review period if the minimum activity threshold for the current tier has not been maintained. Review periods and minimum thresholds are published on the VIP Program page.
• VIP membership does not alter the applicability of these general Terms to a player's account. All VIP members remain bound by these Terms in full.

08. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ph947, including sports bets on Philippine Basketball Association games, FIBA Asia events, boxing matches and esports markets, and all casino game and bingo participation, are governed by the specific game rules published on ph947 for each game category. These game rules form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ph947 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where ph947 identifies a clear and demonstrable system error or where the relevant event is voided in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.
• ph947 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, including situations where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error on ph947's part.
• In-play bets on live sporting events including live PBA games are subject to the live betting rules published on the ph947 Betting page. Live bet acceptance is subject to market availability at the time the bet is submitted.
• Casino game outcomes and bingo draws are determined by certified random number generation systems. ph947 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game categories. These limits may vary by game, market, VIP tier and time of day, and are displayed at the time of each betting transaction.
• ph947 reserves the right to restrict betting limits or access to specific markets for individual accounts where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including in relation to patterns of irregular betting activity.

09. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph947. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any bonus funds and, depending on the severity of the conduct, forfeiture of the entire account balance pending investigation.

• Registering more than one ph947 account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or at any other stage of the account relationship.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to access ph947, place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about hole cards in live poker variants or coordinating betting activity to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the ph947 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to ph947 support immediately rather than used for personal gain.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using ph947 for the benefit of a third party, including acting as an agent or proxy for another player.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or coordination with participants in any sporting event on which bets are placed on ph947.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or other technology to disguise your location or to circumvent any ph947 restriction or eligibility requirement.
• Abusing ph947 support staff or engaging in threatening, harassing or offensive communication directed at ph947 personnel or other players.

ph947 will report any suspected illegal activity, including money laundering and fraud, to the appropriate Philippine authorities. ph947 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in the Philippines.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph947 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. ph947 treats responsible gaming as an ongoing operational priority and not merely a compliance requirement.

• All ph947 accounts have access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion tools regardless of VIP tier or account history.
• Deposit limits set by a player take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling period after the increase request is made.
• Self-exclusion periods requested by a player are applied promptly by ph947. During a self-exclusion period, ph947 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and will remove them from all promotional communications.
• ph947 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to re-register or bypass an active exclusion period.
• If ph947 identifies behaviour patterns consistent with problem gambling, ph947 reserves the right to contact the player and, where appropriate, apply responsible gaming restrictions to the account even without a player request.

11. Privacy and Data

ph947 collects, processes and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with the ph947 Privacy Policy, which is available at ph947.org/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a ph947 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration, verification and ongoing account use is used to operate your ph947 account, process transactions, fulfil legal and regulatory obligations and deliver personalised communications where you have opted in.
• ph947 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• ph947 may share your personal data with payment processors including GCash and Maya as necessary to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• ph947 may share your personal data with Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law or in connection with an investigation of suspected illegal activity.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by ph947, to request corrections to inaccurate data and to request deletion of your data subject to ph947's legal retention obligations.
• All data privacy requests should be directed to the ph947 support team via live chat or the email address published on the About Us page.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

ph947 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time for reasons including but not limited to breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering or a failure to meet the eligibility requirements in Section 02.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ph947 will notify the account holder by email where possible. The player will not be able to access their account, place bets or request withdrawals during the suspension period.
• If investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed. Any real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, in full or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. Bonus funds and VIP Points will be forfeited in all cases of Terms breach.
• If investigation finds no breach and the suspension was applied in error, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.
• A player may voluntarily close their ph947 account at any time by contacting ph947 support. Available real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified Philippine payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
• Account closure does not extinguish any obligation the player may have to ph947 in relation to bets placed or transactions conducted prior to closure.

13. Limitation of Liability

ph947 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While ph947 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, ph947 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from technical issues at all times.

• ph947 is not liable for any loss, including loss of funds, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from platform downtime, technical failures, delayed transaction processing or circumstances beyond ph947's reasonable control including telecommunications outages, third-party payment processor issues or natural disasters.
• ph947 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of ph947, even if ph947 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• In all cases, ph947's maximum liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's available real-money account balance at the time of the incident.
• ph947 does not guarantee the outcome of any game, sporting event or bet. All gaming and betting activity involves risk and players participate at their own discretion.
• Nothing in these Terms limits ph947's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14. Changes to These Terms

ph947 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, ph947 will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the ph947 platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address urgent security or integrity issues.

• The current version of the Terms is always available at ph947.org/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.
• If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you may close your ph947 account in accordance with Section 12 before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of ph947 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
